Create new webpage in gh-page branch using Jakarta EE templates

Based on yesterday's Web Template call with Ed (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zdhOhh3URK1NnGgHwknhe95qXfoa8Zp81iOraOdZkK4/edit?usp=sharing) and what JSON-P already has in a similar form under JavaEE, we should create such page for the new project.

I did most of that in the JavaEE space and before, but anybody who'd like to help or gain experience with the new templates is welcome to join. @m0mus Are you or someone else with admin rights able to create the gh-page branch, or do you expect others to do that for us?
