[Feedback on White Paper email] White Paper - Planning the future of Jakarta EE

There are 2 things I would like to provide feedback on the email you sent on behalf of the Working Group today, Subject of email: White Paper - Planning the future of Jakarta EE contains no workable links

1. no links work
2. "We" is found in the write up yet it would be much more official if it uses the formal announcement title of EE 9.1 release and always includes the Jakarta EE Working Group in the first paragraph. Example: _Last week, the Jakarta EE Working Group officially release Jakarta EE 9.1._ Such a formal statement that includes first and most important the WG in all future email matters. The "we" in the mailing list without the WG formal name can be construed as the Eclipse foundation team, "we." Your signature in the document and that you work for the EF is known based on the document. Yet not many know that you are assigned as paid services to the Working Group as well. That's why the more clarification is included in the write-ups, the easier and expected it is the consumption of the future Jkta emails coming from you and the team.
