[Onboarding NEW Members documentation wiki] Questions & Answers

We need to document the processes that enables new Jakarta EE Working Group Organizations to know whats what and what to expect and the benefits available to them via wiki.
The wiki needs to welcome PRs by the new members so that the documentation is updated as more members make use of the process.

Examples items to be listed on the onboarding:

1. Must mailing lists such as the WG & Community forums subscribe/connect
2. quote submissions via marketing repo issues
3. how to submit blogs to the project
4. how to become involved in the branding side of Jakarta EE
5. how to export and contribute videos to the YouTube channel
6. who to contact for that informal interview about their onboarding (I think all new members MUST get highlighted with either a nice blog with set Q&A or a nice 15mins interview via the informal Youtube medium as part of the onboarding) TASK that I wish for this group to own and apply.

Start by reviewing the onboarding needs listed in this issue and mapping the current processes for mailing lists and forums, marketing-repository quote submissions, blogs, branding, YouTube videos, and newcomer interviews. Done means a wiki page documents the agreed process, benefits, contacts, and contribution path, while welcoming future updates from new members.
