[Feature Request] Nowplaying can be shown in a specific channel with channel id

I'm not able to add nowplaying in a specific channel. For commands, I have set a 'settc' channel that isn't visible to anyone.
SO
1. I can't run command in a channel that I want the nowplaying embed in obviously settc
2. if I try and delete my command message after removing settc channel to hide my prefix the embed also goes away from nowplaying channel
3. I tried making another server and following a text channel to send messages to my 'nowplaying' channel that does not work as it doesn't pick the song as it is another server

**Describe the solution you'd like**
1. A command to be able to send nowplaying embed in a specific channel
or
2. Embed does not get deleted if I delete the command message

No files or tests are named. Start at the nowplaying command and its Discord channel-message handling, then determine whether a channel-specific command or preserving the embed after deleting the command message is the intended behavior; done means nowplaying can reliably appear in the requested channel without depending on the command message.
