[Feature Request] More reactions options

I was playing with this bot and the emojis features are something different that the other bots and I like it so much! ❤
I would love to see something like that done on the bot! On "!nowplaying" command under the "source;name" it was nice to have a "Next in queue: name of the music" and have reactions to play/pause the music and to skip. Something like on that printscreen.
Also I would like to have the now playing as the latest mensage so people can use the reactions to interact to the bot, so maybe you need to implement "bot deletes its own/others messages (configurable)" first. So people can add more music to the queue but keep the nowplaying always on the bottom. When the music ends maybe is better to delete the nowplaying message,
