### Description

Using older versions of the bot, I was able to set multiple users by using the syntax: `, ` and now with the latest version, this config no longer works... Is there a new syntax for multiple owners or something?

No file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the configuration using multiple user IDs separated by a comma, then trace how owner settings are parsed in the current version. Done means the documented or supported syntax allows multiple owners again, or the issue clearly explains the replacement syntax.
