[Bug Report]Bot keeps Disconnecting and Rejoin

### Bug Description

Bot keeps Disconnecting and Rejoin EVEN with the Region Override.

I heard Region Override helps but in every region override i did i still have the same issue so imo... its still not fixed...

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Bot.
2. !play
3. Let the fun begin

### Expected Result

The Bot to play the sound atleast.
