Description

### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Often when I skip a song I don't know what song is playing after and I'm forced to type (prefix)np

### What is your ideal solution to the problem?

It may be better if when I fs (or skip) a song it says the now playing song

### How would this feature be used?

1. I put 2 songs on queue
2. I skip the first song
3. The bot tells me what song is about to start

Research direction

Start by tracing the fs/skip command and the existing now-playing response path. Confirm how the next queued song is selected, then verify that skipping a queued song reports the song about to start without requiring a separate np command.
