java exception even with java 11

### Bug Description
I've already done the config and downloaded java 11 and the bot doesnt start
### Steps to Reproduce
1.I install java 11 from Adoptium
2.I restart the PC and when i try to open the bot it shows an error
### Expected Result
Iexpected the bot to start
### Debug Output
In windows 10 with Jmusic 0.4.1
