Description
### Bug Description
Whenever I use the pause command, it does pause the song, say that the music is paused, but when I come back to resume, the bot has still been playing songs the entire time I'm not on.
### Steps to Reproduce
I use the pause command. Bot responds pauses the music, and says music is paused, use play command to resume.
I come back a couple hours later, use resume command, Bot has kept playing while not in any channel, and does not resume same song.
### Expected Result
For it to play the same song.

Research direction
No source file, test, or command entry point is named. Start by reproducing the pause and resume sequence described in the issue, then trace the bot's music-player state while it is disconnected; done means pausing preserves the current song and resume continues that same song after several hours.
