[Bug Report] Play with .png file attachment

### Bug Description

Executing play command with URL [[link](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1029873804924694561/1064237733339480074/donkeh.png)]

displays
and bot immediately disconnects from a voice channel.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. !play https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1029873804924694561/1064237733339480074/donkeh.png

### Expected Result

Bot prints out
```Error loading: Unknown file format```
and doesn't leave a voice channel.

Start at the `play` command and reproduce the reported Discord CDN `.png` URL, comparing it with the other `.png` URL that works. Trace the error-loading and voice-channel behavior; done means the bot reports `Error loading: Unknown file format` and remains connected instead of disconnecting.
