No Youtube video/song works

### Bug Description

I have tried multiple links and none work and it just gives me the same error evrytime. https://hastebin.com/ebixayinuh.less
I have found out that my bot will now only work on my windows 11 pc, But I don't keep my pc on 24/7 my pc is only on when I am on. So I don't have anyway to make it 24/7 any more now that I have no host that works anymore.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Use your pc or macbook but this will not allow the bot to be 24/7 if you don't keep your computer on at all times.

### Expected Result

I expected it to be an easy fix just by updating the version, because this has happened multiple times in the past and the fix was to update it but that fix doesn't work anymore.
