[Bug Report] Commands don't work in voice channel chat

### Bug Description

When trying to run commands like !play [song] nothing happens.

### Steps to Reproduce

1.Go in voice channel
2.Open voice channel chat and type any command

### Expected Result

I expected for the bot to play a song

Reproduce the problem by opening a Discord voice channel chat and sending a command such as !play [song]. Trace how voice-channel chat messages reach command handling, then verify that the command is processed and the bot plays the requested song there as it does in supported contexts.
