Description
Found a couple of things while reviewing the layout:
-
The PWR_IN_12V doesn't look connected to power connector very well. There is plenty of room on the top to make that connection better
-
There is some weird keepout around the PWR_IN_12V via on the Route15 layer which is causing connection issues. It looks like the footprint for that connector is not correct
-
The SYS_VDD1_3P3V pour on the Route15 layer is not straight on the right side
-
There is a weird little stub pour on the Route15 layer for N$14
-
Are the two antennas far enough apart? I wasn't sure the min distance for MIMO.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the board layout, the PWR_IN_12V connector and via, and the Route15 layer. Check the connector connection and footprint keepout, the SYS_VDD1_3P3V and N$14 pours, and the antenna spacing; done means these layout concerns are resolved and the MIMO spacing is confirmed.
