Start with the rowboat-eclair-dsp checkout and the wiki build instructions, then reproduce the failure with messagegpp and message.out on the SD card. Inspect the PROC_start output, especially the DSP handshake and DATA configuration status; done is not defined beyond resolving the reported startup failure.
