Broken links on rowboat site

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go here http://code.google.com/p/rowboat/wiki/Source
2. Follow steps to download the code
3. Get stuck trying to download the manifest file (any of them) with the repo
script.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The manifest file should be downloaded. An html header is delivered instead.

Start with the Source wiki page and the `repo init` command shown in the report, then inspect where the manifest URL and repo script are obtained. Confirm whether the manifest source still serves HTML instead of the requested XML; done means the documented command retrieves a manifest file successfully rather than an HTML header.
