What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using Igepv2 board RC5 (DM3730)
2.Configure and build Froyo-dsp for igepv2 and created sdcard
3.Booting the board succesfully to the android "desktop"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When a USB hub 2.0 (with external power) is plugged on the host usb (not the
OTG) with usb mouse and keyboard nothing happen/turn on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
froyo-dsp folowing the how to from Isee adding Isee kernel branch compiled on
ubuntu 11.04

Please provide any additional information below.
the dmesg when i plug the hub :
