error while downloading

What steps will reproduce the problem?
while downloading i got this error.

Getting manifest ...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i need the source code for rowboat..
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

android rowboat
on Linux (ubundu)

Start with the manifest download step and the git://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git endpoint on Linux Ubuntu, using the reported connection-refused and network-unreachable errors as the reproduction. Done would mean establishing a working way to obtain the Rowboat source or documenting why this endpoint cannot be used.
