bug: settings disappear

Thanks for the great plugin.

**What did you do?**

- `:ChatGPT`
- press ` to open settings`
- press `` which is `` for me, but then press `` after realizing that's not what I want

**What did you expect to happen?**

Nothing.

**What actually happened?**

The settings disappeared.

**Additional Details**

I wasn't able to recreate this one, but during one interaction the setting I was messing with, `model:` actually got moved to the top of the buffer I was editing and I couldn't remove it without restarting nvim.

Start by reproducing the reported Neovim workflow: run :ChatGPT, open settings with , press the configured leader, and then . Trace the settings-buffer handling to determine why settings disappear or why model: may be inserted into the edited buffer; done when the workflow leaves settings intact and does not alter the target buffer.
