Description

Is it not possible to change the model used by the default command, or am I missing something? I have no problem specifying the model for custom actions, but I can't figure out what needs to be changed to change the default `ChatGPT` model. Thanks!

Research direction

Start at the default `ChatGPT` command and compare it with the custom actions that already accept a model setting. Trace where the default model is selected and document the relevant configuration entry point. Done means the default command's model can be changed independently of custom actions.
