ChatGPTEditWithInstructions is broken when using lazyvim dashboard

Description
The default configuration for lazyvim uses [dashboard-nvim](https://github.com/nvimdev/dashboard-nvim ) to show a splash screen. When using the `ChatGPTEditWithInstructions` command on this screen the UI is broken (see image).
The same issue is not present with the `ChatGPT` command (see image)
I am not sure if this is a `ChatGPT.nvim` issue or something better addressed by lazyvim or dashboard.nvim
Anyone else able to reproduce?

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the default LazyVim setup with dashboard-nvim by running ChatGPTEditWithInstructions from the dashboard, then compare it with the ChatGPT command. Trace the command entry points and dashboard interaction; done means the edit-with-instructions UI renders correctly on the dashboard without breaking the layout.
