One role of a model such as PlanZero aspires to be, is to inform public and private questions such as "should policy be X or Y" or "should resources be invested in X or Y".

It may be worth creating a section on the planzero site of pages dedicated to such questions. This would enable PlanZero posts to address hot topics of the day, which would be fun.

If PlanZero were to incorporate such a thing, the importance would be to keep it up to date, especially as new data or modelling are incorporated, which flip previous determinations. Unit tests can be implemented to represent previous decisions (and fail when new data flips the conclusion). A Posting Policy would then be required, that if a branch-merge results in flipping a previous perspective's conclusion, then the perspective needs to be updated, and the branch needs at least one of it's posts to talk about what happened and why the conclusion is flipping.

No files or entry points are named; begin by surveying the existing PlanZero site and post structure before assessing this proposal. A complete implementation would need an agreed scope for recommendation pages, a way to represent prior decisions in unit tests, and a posting policy for updates when conclusions change.
