Description
The BovinePopulation barrier registers a CO2 simulation to try and hit a target of a net improvement from Bovaer between 10 and 15%.
It does this as of writing, but there's no validation that this condition is satisfied in future.

Research direction
Start by locating the BovinePopulation barrier and the CO2 simulation it registers. Trace how the Bovaer result is calculated, then add validation that the net improvement remains between 10% and 15%. Done means the condition is checked and an out-of-range result is reported or rejected.
