Description
GHGRP after 2022 has reasons for emissions
GHGRP back to 2004 has emissions totals, but not reasons.
For GHGRP facilities that are no longer operating in 2022, I just assumed that 80% of their emissions were from stationary combustion. The 80% is arbitrary. Better would be to base the proportion on e.g. similar facility types.
I'm not sure how many GHGRP facilities are affected by this assumption.
