Description
Potentially-useful source data:
- https://e-nav.ccg-gcc.evouala.com/application/run/950/embedded
- NRCan ArcGIS REST API to get "Mean Potential Power" locations
- Probably render a heatmap of the magnitude of Spring Tidal Stream Velocity or average tidal stream velocity?
The data doesn't seem to be readily available, needs to be built. Might take a couple of days.
On the plus side: Canada seems to have lots of locations for tidal power generation.

Research direction
Review the NASA ocean tide models, e-Nav application, and NRCan ArcGIS REST API references first to determine what tidal data is available. Decide which velocity or power measure the heatmap should represent and how it should be exposed as a MapML layer. Done means the selected data source is rendered as a usable tidal-data map layer.
