Description
When opening a scene that uses a shader with errors the scene composer will not display it advising that a shader could not be compiled. Upon closing the scene composer, fixing the shader and re-opening the scene it still will not display advising of a shader that could not be compiled. In order to re-open the scene after fixing shader issues one must restart the SDK.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Reproduce the shader-error, close, fix, and reopen sequence in the Scene Composer, then trace the Java shader compilation and caching path; done means the corrected shader displays after reopening without restarting the SDK.
