Description

Currently everything stay where they are when the simulation stops. No way of getting them back without manually setting the location (and it will still be wrong if you start the simulation again)

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests; start by locating the simulation stop handling and how object positions are stored. Done means stopping a simulation restores objects to their pre-simulation physics state and starting it again does not retain the previous run's changes.
