NeoForge Support

Hi,

I just wanted to install the `minecraft` chart to my k3s-cluster. However, after looking into the values.yaml, I can't seem to find the Option to run the Chart with NeoForge.

Is there any documentation I'm missing? When running with docker-compose I can set Env var `TYPE: "NEOFORGE` which doesn't seem to exist as a separate configuration value in the chart.

I also can't find an option for `NEOFORGE_VERSION`.

Should I leave these fields blank and set the environment variables manually? This should work but is a bit counterintuitive.

EDIT: I also found out you cannot set `CURSEFORGE_FILES` via a pre-set values.yaml config (besides `extraEnv`). Could be useful to add this :-)

Start with the minecraft chart's values.yaml and its existing environment-variable configuration. Check how TYPE, NEOFORGE_VERSION, and CURSEFORGE_FILES are represented or passed through, then verify the chart supports these settings through dedicated values and document the resulting configuration; test rendering or installation with a NeoForge setup.
