Play from IOS / Android Devices with the actual stable version

Hi,

the IOS and android version are often change the versions in the app stores.
It it with this minecraft docker possible, that i can use the actual version like the versions on the stores.

Now, i use another docker version. Here is the problem, that it isnt actual. I can't play with the server, because it is not the same version on the stores.
