Can't connect after last update on Synology NAS

I've have tried everything, even starting from scratch multiple times but I just cant get devices to see the server at all. It's like it's not responding on the UDP port. It was working prior to the last latest update.

Outside testers show TCP and UDP open (port checker check-host etc) but it does not matter WAN or LAN it can not be seen.

It was working and all looks correct in both portainer.io and the Synology Docker interface.

Other containers running on various other ports are working fine as well.

Any suggests on logs or debug info?
