目前只有头像的话，缺少引导用户去点击的方式
请描述下希望实现的功能特点
1、用户头像右侧追加下拉箭头（或其他）
2、菜单的宽度过长，有点偏左侧了，需要调整，另外就是有一个向上的箭头和用户头像链接在一起
