Research direction

Start by reviewing the oxibridge code that uses Serenity and teloxide, then locate the custom broadcast implementation and its callers. Determine the scope of replacing those dependencies with purpose-built libraries and Tokio channels, and define completion as both checklist items being implemented without breaking the bridge.
