Customizable dashboard animations

Add a feature to the Nova Theme to allow users to toggle whether the Servers loaded in the Dashboard are loaded with or without the loading animation so if (for example) Server Administrators have a long list of Servers they don't have to wait for all of the Servers to load with the loading animation before they can find the Server they need.

Add a toggle function in the Admin Area to disable the loading animation and/or add more new animations
