Letter descenders cut out inside tabs and slight alignment issue

Hello,

Here's a screenshot:

There's 2 problems:
1. The letter decenders (e.g. lower part of "g") get cut off
2. "OPEN FILES" should be as high as the tabs so that it aligns properly. The red-highlighted current file is way too high compared to the editor window.

I'm using ST3x64 on a Windows 7 PC.

Use the supplied screenshot and the Sublime Text 3 Windows setup as the reproduction reference. Inspect the theme's tab and editor styling, then verify that descenders remain visible and that the OPEN FILES label and current-file highlight align with the tabs and editor window.
