Outside collaborators

Heads up @Adeelmuhammad, @agila5, @charles-fox, @clmorton, @cmcaine, @HarukoNakao, @JimUttley, @layik, @malithianuka, @PublicHealthDataGeek, @rogerbeecham and @tra7dep, I'm doing a 'spring clean' of the ITS GitHub org.

Having read about security, seems sensible to minimise the number of members so I plan to remove your membership from here: https://github.com/orgs/ITSLeeds/people . Apologies if I'm being over zealous (I think I was over keen on adding new people in the early days) and let us know if you need access to specific repos, we can always add people to specific projects.

Also any advice on how to manage orgs welcome, quite new to it and muddling along as best I can as I go. Heads up also @mem48 who's probably the next most active person in this org. Thanks all and hope you're well.
