problem with automatic inventory on windows server 2019 with active agent

hi ,

template work just fine for windows server 2012-16 on my network.
only for 2 windows server 2019 systems , its seems to be a problem with many of the items in this template.
latest data show valuses , but automatic inventory fields not fiils up with values.

its show this error when press the unsupported item:
