Embed GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket context

For example, if we have a commit that is linked to a pull request or issue, we should be able to show the title and a preview of that pull request/issue and a link to it directly.

It's not that hard to click on the link to the commit, but then I have to leave Studio, then click/hover again in GH to see the PR. If we can show some info about the linked items within Studio, it can give context that might be missing from the commit message alone.
