Use <noun> <verb> template for CLI

Suggested by @shcheklein

If the current approach causes confusion (too many verbs, hard to distinguish between them), we can use the following approach
```
gto model add / del
gto version add /del
gto stage add /del
```

We can get all the options including the current one on the Notion page, get feedback and discuss which fits better.
