dvc devcontainer feature not working on Mac (arm64)

This devcontainer feature install script tries to install via apt, but there doesn't seem to be an arm64 package to download so it fails. Would it make sense to install via pipx or something like that instead?

Inspect the devcontainer feature install script and trace the apt-based path on Mac arm64, then review the reported lack of an arm64 package and the suggested pipx alternative. Done means the dvc feature installs successfully on Mac arm64 without the current package failure.
