Clarify relation to publiccodeyml/publiccode.yml? Or archive old standard if it is superseded/unmaintained?

Maybe clarify the relation to https://github.com/publiccodeyml/publiccode.yml ?

The Italian version seems to not be updated for 4 years, so is this outdated? Maybe then explicitly state that, and link to the new version?

The problem is https://editor.opencode.de/ generates v0.2 (see https://github.com/publiccodeyml/publiccode.yml/issues/256) and links to https://github.com/italia/publiccode.yml-docs in the YAML comments. This is very confusing for new users and one just needs to figure out what is happening here...

Note you can also [archive the repo](https://docs.github.com/repositories/archiving-a-github-repository/archiving-repositories), if this repo/standard is being superseded by the other one?
