Generazione documento finale

Al termine della consultazione e dell'integrazione delle osservazioni prodotte in seno alla consultazione e integrate mediante pull request, dovrebbe essere possibile generare il documento pronto per la firma. Purtroppo al momento il pdf generato dal Read The Docs non produce un pdf che è possibile utilizzare come atto ufficiale, quindi è necessario svolgere un lavoro manuale di cut&paste per importare nuovamente il documento in un template ufficiale.

Start by reviewing how Read the Docs currently generates the PDF after consultation changes are integrated through pull requests, and compare that output with the official signing template.
