[Single Program] Verify delete icon is displayed on image hover in Photo templates (T5) in configuration mode.

**Preconditions**
1. Admin is logged in
2. Single Program page is open in edit mode
3. An image has been successfully uploaded to the 'Фото' section of one of the templates (T5)

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Navigate to the Photo section of template T5.
2. Observe the uploaded image without hovering the cursor.
3. Hover the cursor over the image.
4. Move the cursor away from the image.

**Expected result**
1. Uploaded image is displayed in the Photo section.
2. Delete icon is not displayed when the cursor is not hovering the image.
3. Delete icon appears on the image overlay area when the cursor hovers over the image.
4. Delete icon is displayed over the uploaded image and is clickable.
5. Appearance of the delete icon does not change image layout or position.
6. Delete icon disappears when the cursor leaves the image area.

**Postconditions**

The delete icon is displayed and ready for user interaction.
