Admin can add a new history event via "+" button
1.1. System opens a modal window where an Admin can add a date (period), title and description. All items are mandatory
1.2. Admin can add no more than 400 symbols to text fields. Counter for "symbols left" is displayed
1.3. Admin can add no more than 26 symbols to the title
1.4. Admin can add a context, non-mandatory field and symbols limit is 50.
2. Admin can edit existing events via "pencil" icon
3. Admin can delete existing events via "trash" icon
4. All events are displayed as small blocks with titles on it
