Fix "WOW facts" remembers last person, not current one.

**As a** user **I want to** see all actual wow facts **so that** need to show actual wow facts info without extra reloading page.

**Description**
When user tries to get from one person to the anotehr one, the "wow facts" block remembers the last person info, not the current one, this also include all the rememberable person's information, so fixing this bug is a very high priority, and essential.

### Acceptance Criteria
When I change the person in streetcode, I want to seee the actual person's info.
