[Admin page/date block] incorect displaying date in date picker

**Preconditions**
to reproduce this bug you must have streetcode wiht filled date in date picker

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to admin page
2. Scroll down to date block

**Actual result**
betwen date, year and month there is '-'

**Expected result**
(also if you try to fix it try to input 'грудня' 😊)

Start in the admin page's date block and reproduce the issue with a StreetCode that has a filled date in the date picker. Compare the rendered date with the expected screenshot, including the separator formatting and the Ukrainian month name; done means the date displays as expected.
