[Admin page/video block] updating streetcode with video and dispaying video on streetcode page

**Reproducible:** always

**Preconditions**
to reproduce this you bug must have streetcode with video link

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go toadmin panel
2. Click on streetcode update
3. Scroll down to change something
4. scroll to button "зберегти як чернетку"
5. go to streetcode page
6. scroll to video block

**Actual result**
on video block displayed error "Введіть посилання " and on streetcode page there is no video

**Expected result**
on admin page should not show this error if this link exists and on streetcode page video should be displayed
