[Bug/admin panel] error when displaying the text in the field to read it in the text block

**Preconditions**
to reproduce this bug, you must have a streetcode with text created

**Steps to reproduce**
1. open admin panel
2. Click on streetcode update button
3. Scroll down to text block

**Actual result**
text editor is empty

**Expected result**
in this text editor must be text entered by the site administrator to this streetcode to update
