**Reproducible:** always
**Preconditions**
to reproduce this error in your street code table you need to have at least one street code in it
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to admin panel
2. Click on "стріткоди"
**Actual result**
streetcode creation date is incorrect (month)
**Expected result**
the date must be displayed correctly
