deleting streetocode with related figures

**Reproducible:** always

**Preconditions**
to reproduce this bug you need to have at least one published streetcode and create a new streetcode with a link to this published streetcode

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to streetcode table
2. Publish any streetcode
3. Create new streetcode with related figures to published streetcode
4. Delete new streetcode

**Actual result**
the new streetcode is not deleted, and the error in the console is as follows:

streetcode with related figures should be deleted
