"додати нову категорію..." button in dropdown list on for fans modal

**As a** user **I want to** fast create new category from for fans modal **so that** I click on drop list and choose option "додати нову категорію..."

**Description**
When the user wants to create a new for fans block, he can select a category, but if the desired category is not in this dropdown list, there should be an "Додати нову категорію.." button that will ensure that.

### Acceptance Criteria
"Додати нову категорію.." button should be added in the dropdown list after clicking on which the user should add a new category.

### Tasks
1. - [ ] add new button to dropdown list.
2. - [ ] when clicking on the button, the user should go to the category creation page
3. - [ ] after creating a new category, it should appear in the category list in the modal window
